All our products come with a 1-year warranty. If the product presents manufacturing defects within this period, you may request an exchange or a return. Please contact us to initiate the warranty process.


4. Return Process

After your return request is approved, you will receive a refund within the established timeframe, depending on your payment method. This return process will incur no cost to you.
